Q: How do I find the right size?

A: We have a size chart on every product page. For more information, please visit: insert sizing chart. If you have any further questions, you can always contact us here or at rogueventures.co@gmail.com. We are happy to help you.

Q: How should I wash the trousers?

  1. Hand wash or machine wash cold. (The highest hand washing temperature is 30°C)
  2. Do not bleach, soak, or rub
  3. Iron on low heat
  4. Hanging dry

Q: The product I want is sold out, what now?

A: Unfortunately, it may be the case that your favorite product has been sold out. To be informed when the product is back in stock, please register via the 'Size sold out?' button on the product page. When the product is back in stock, you will be the first to be notified. If you have any questions about whether and when the product will be back in stock, please ask our customer service department.

Q: How can I contact Rogue Ventures Co.?

A: If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us using the “Contact Us” page or at rogueventures.co@gmail.com, we are happy to help. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Please note that the opening hours of our customer service are Monday to Friday 9.00 to 17.00.

Q: How do I use my discount code or Gift Card?

A: The discount code or Gift Card can be used at the payment page. Enter your code on the payment page and receive the discount on your order amount immediately. You can use one discount code or Gift Card per order.

Q: Which payment methods can I use?

A: You can pay with Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amex, and Klarna/Afterpay

Q: How can I cancel my order?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot change the details of your order after it has been placed, as we process and package your order as quickly as possible. If the item does not fit, please return it to us for the correct size.

Q: Do you offer price adjustments after my order, to my advantage?

A: No, all items are priced at the time of ordering. There is no subsequent price adjustment.

Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?

A: You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after placing your order. This e-mail contains the order number (consisting of 5 digits), order summary, and the shipping address.

Q: I have entered incorrect address details, can this be changed?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot change the details of your order after it has been placed, as we process and pack your order as quickly as possible. To be sure, please contact our customer service team to discuss the solutions.

Q: To which countries do you ship?

A: We deliver worldwide. Rogue Ventures Co. orders are shipped with DHL, DPD, or UPS.

Q: What is the delivery time?

A: Delivery times vary:

  • Australia/New Zealand - Delivery time: 12-15 days
  • UK/US - Delivery time: 6-13 days
  • Netherlands - Delivery time: 5-12 days
  • Belgium - Delivery time: 8-15 days

Q: What are the shipping costs?

A: Free Shipping Worldwide

Q: How can I track my order?

A: As soon as your package is shipped, we will send you an email with a Track and Trace. Here you can see the status of your order and provide the delivery service with additional instructions.

Q: I have not received my order, what should I do?

A: If you haven't received your order, please contact us so we can assist you in tracking it down.

Q: My Track & Trace indicates that my order has been returned. What should I do?

A: Please contact us at rogueventures.co@gmail.com. One of our customer service employees will investigate what happened and come up with a solution as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

Q: How can I exchange or return my order?

A: The exchange or return of an order is very easy, this can be done in 3 steps:

  1. Send within 14 days after receipt of your order an email to rogueventures.co@gmail.com in which you indicate that you want to exchange one or more products.
  2. Register your return with the link you received from customer service and attach the shipping label to the package.
  3. Deliver your package to the carrier of your choice. Your return will be processed within 10 working days of receipt of your parcel at our warehouse. You will receive an e-mail about this.

Q: Is returning free of charge?

A: No, return shipment costs will not be refunded by Rogue Ventures Co.

Q: How long does it take to exchange a product?

A: If you indicate that you would like to exchange a product when you register your return, we will immediately get to work on this. This way we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.

Q: What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available?

A: Ask our customer service team about the possibilities. We will give you an update on when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already created your return and the product is sold out, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.

Q: Where can I find my order number to register my return?

A: Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a five-digit code. If you have not received this email correctly, our customer service will be happy to help you.

Q: What should I do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?

A: Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipment or production. We are of course happy to resolve this with you. Please send a message to rogueventures.co@gmail.com with a picture of the complaint. Our customer service will work with you as quickly as possible to find a solution.

Q: What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?

A: Please remember to deliver your return within the 14-day period before the return period expires. In the unlikely event that this does not work out, we offer you the option of exchanging the product for a replacement or a voucher. Please ask our customer service for the possibilities.

Q: How long does a refund take?

A: We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse, we process it within 10 working days. On your track and trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From then on, the 10 working days start. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 3 days before the refund is visible on your bank account.

Q: What are the return conditions?

A: Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 14 days of receipt without any reason. Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale with labels still attached. Rogue Ventures Co. cannot accept returns on items bought during a giveaway or sale. Items purchased during a sale can only be returned and exchanged for another product or voucher. Shipping costs for orders outside Australia are not refundable.
